Founder, Results Rise Consulting

I help growing organizations build stronger front-line and first-time leaders. A lot of my work is about helping businesses make leadership and people management more practical, more consistent, and easier to use in the real world.

My background is in organizational development, HR, leadership development, and adult learning. Over the years, I have worked across different sectors and seen the same challenge show up again and again: strong employees get promoted into leadership, but the support around them does not always keep up.

Alongside my consulting work, I teach leadership and HR in post-secondary and continuing education settings. That part of my work has strengthened my ability to take complex ideas and make them clear, practical, and easy to apply.

I take a straightforward approach. I like making things simpler, more useful, and easier for leaders and teams to act on. The goal is not to overcomplicate leadership. It is to help people lead well in a way that works day to day.

Identify & Grow the Leadership Capacity at the Front Line

A lot of leadership challenges do not start at the top. They show up at the front line, where new and first-time leaders are expected to manage people, set expectations, and handle issues without always having the right support behind them.
That is where I focus.

I help organizations strengthen leadership where it has the biggest day-to-day impact on team performance, consistency, and employee experience. That might mean improving leader readiness, building confidence, creating more consistency across managers, or putting more practical support in place for the people leading teams every day.

Story

People need to understand why the work matters and how they fit into it. If leaders are unclear on their role, their impact, or what is expected of them, confidence and consistency usually suffer.

System

Leadership does not happen in a vacuum. It is shaped by the systems around it. Things like onboarding, role clarity, manager support, communication habits, and performance expectations all influence whether leaders can succeed.

Skill

Leaders also need practical skills they can use in the real world. That includes communication, accountability, feedback, people leadership, and the confidence to handle challenges as they come up.

Where Stronger Leadership Support Begins

A lot of organizations already know something feels off. The challenge is turning that into clear action. I help teams make sense of what they are seeing, identify where front-line and first-time leaders need stronger support, and build practical next steps that fit how the business actually works
