This can include developing business specific examples and scenarios, or location specific requirements. We can customize visuals and handouts to offer a branded look to any of our existing programs.

Bespoke Training and Development Programs

Results Rise will work with you to develop a brand new training course or training program that meets all of your organizations needs.

 

These courses will be developed from scratch based on your input and specifications. They will be fully branded for your organization and training will be provided to allow you to deliver them internally in the future.

  • How long are the Pre-Developed Training Sessions?
    Training session can be tailored to fit your need. They range from 1 hour "Lunch and Learn" session to programs that can last multiple days. When we expand sessions we include more activities and hands on experiential learning for participants.
  • Do I get to keep the training material?
    Yes! Any customized or bespoke training is yours to keep and use internally within your organization. For courses developed specifically for your organization, Results Rise will even provide a "train the trainer" session to ensure you can continue with the learning. If Results Rise is brought in to deliver pre-developed courses, then you are not able to use that material again. It will remain intellectual property of Results Rise Consulting.
  • Are courses delivered in person, online?
    All courses can be delivered in person or online through ZOOM or MS Teams. We also offer courses with a blended learning approach that includes some self-directed learning for your employees that can be done online at their own pace. That learning would be followed up with an in person/online live session to apply and practice the learnings.
  • How large of a group can you train at one time?
    We deliver our training in person at your work location. We can handle any size group that your facilities can accommodate. For online sessions we base the class size on the material being covered. Some courses require more group discussion and larger classes can be a challenge. Give us a call and we can discuss the options that are available.
  • What is the cost of a training course?
    The cost is dependent on several factors. The length of the sessions, the size of the group, and the amount of customization required. We would be happy to discuss all pricing options with you. Please contact us for more information.
